- You will actively promote the sale of our IT Service Management (ITSM) solution USU Service Management.
- At customer meetings with sales colleagues and at trade fairs, you will convince interested parties of the technical benefits of our ITSM solution.
- You will impress demanding customers in our Proof of Concepts (PoC) through the targeted preparation of customer requirements in our application.
- You will work closely with our Bid Management team on technical issues relating to tenders
What you bring with you:
- A successfully completed degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable professional training.
- Know-how in the areas of IT service management and ideally knowledge of ITIL.
- A feel for customer requirements and an engaging manner.
- Business fluent in German and confident in written and spoken English.
