We have exciting tasks for you:

  • You support the team in the area of data integration and technical incidents & services.
  • You support our team in the daily business around our customer service platform.
  • You configure interfaces between applications, directly or with the help of different integration platforms.
  • You act by phone, email or remote access - in German and also in English.
  • You work closely with the Operations and Development teams.
  • You share your knowledge in our knowledge database for optimal customer self-service.

Your qualifications:

  • You are studying (business) computer science, data science or a comparable field of study.
  • You have a good understanding of relational databases and database technologies such as MS SQL, Oracle, MariaDB and SQL as a query language.
  • Your English skills are solid in written and spoken.
  • You have already gained experience with other selected technologies: Apache/Tomcat, Weblogic, Java, PHP, Python and others.
  • You bring (good) knowledge in SQL and/or REST/ SOAP.
  • A pronounced curiosity about IT topics is part of your nature and you like to learn something new.
