Content/Learning Objectives:
- Logging customizing
- Creating new object types in USU Service Management
- Creating and editing catalogs and views
- Creating and editing relationships
- Creating and editing business logics/rules
- Transferring customizations using the Customization Transfer Manager
Prior knowledge:
- Participation in user training courses for basic modules (e.g., Asset Manager, Incident & Problem Manager, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of databases and data modeling
Requirements:
- RDP connection to the USU-Cloud is possible
