Gabriele Walker-Rudolf appointed to the Supervisory Board of USU Software

Gabriele Walker-Rudolf was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board by resolution dated January 17, 2019. The competent court therefore followed the proposal by the Management Board and Supervisory Board of USU Software AG concerning the proposal to the Annual General Meeting on July 2, 2019 on the election of Gabriele Walker-Rudolf. As previously announced, Günter Daiss stepped down from the Supervisory Board at the end of the 2018 fiscal year due to reasons of age.

Ms. Walker-Rudolf is a partner of Drees & Sommer SE, where she has been responsible for Corporate Finance, Controlling, and M&A for almost 30 years. She previously held various management positions at Hewlett Packard Germany. Ms. Walker-Rudolf has been supporting USU for more than 20 years and will contribute her entrepreneurial skills and, in particular, her finance expertise to the Supervisory Board.

"We are looking forward to working with Ms. Walker-Rudolf. Together, we will continue to guide USU Software AG toward the exciting times ahead. A close relationship with the Supervisory Board in a spirit of mutual trust is a key factor in achieving this. On behalf of the company, I would like to thank Günter Daiss for his many years of active involvement as a member of the Supervisory Board, during which he made a significant contribution to the positive development of the USU Group," commented Bernhard Oberschmidt, CEO of USU Software AG.
