USU Honored for Outstanding Customer Loyalty and Exceptional Customer Service

Strong, long-term customer relationships are a key success factor, especially in dynamic markets. Satisfied customers are the prerequisite for achieving this. Two independent institutes have now confirmed that USU sets the standard in customer loyalty and customer service within the “industry and specialized software providers” segment through their awards.


First Place in the Customer Loyalty Ranking Published by Süddeutsche Zeitung

In the latest customer loyalty ranking published by Süddeutsche Zeitung dated February 5, 2026, conducted in collaboration with ServiceValue, USU ranks first among “industry and specialized software providers” with the maximum score of 100 points. The study is based on recent social media monitoring, in which over one million online mentions of nearly 8,000 companies regarding service, quality, customer satisfaction and recommendations were analyzed in the period from December 1, 2023, to November 30, 2025, to identify the companies that build particularly strong and lasting B2B relationships.
USU enjoys exceptionally strong loyalty among its corporate customers and sets the standard for sustainable customer relationships and trust in the market.

FOCUS Magazine Confirms Excellent Customer Service

USU also achieved an outstanding result in the study, “Where Customers Receive the Best Advice” by FOCUS magazine (published on February 13, 2026). With 94.8 points, the company secures a top-tier position within the industry and underscores its high quality in customer support, service, trust and customer satisfaction. Tens of thousands of online news articles and several million social media sources, analyzed using AI and neural networks, form the basis of the rating.
