You will learn the basic functions as well as the operation of KnowledgeCenter so that you, as an editor, will be able to independently enter documents and manage them during their life cycle. In a subsequent practice session, you will have the opportunity to try out what you have learned.

Content/Learning Objectives:
  • Understanding document types
  • How to handle document types as an editor
  • The meaning of workflows, task list, document list, archiving and the category tree
