Your Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
- Configure and customise Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud to meet business requirements.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms (e.g. MuleSoft, Workato).
- Develop and maintain automated workflows, Process Builder flows, and Flow Builder automations.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code with adequate unit test coverage (minimum 75%).
- Support data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
- Collaborate with QA teams to conduct code reviews and ensure solution quality.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to architectural design decisions.
What you bring:
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and Visualforce.
- Experience with Salesforce DX, source control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or other enterprise systems.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (or higher) required; Platform Developer II is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a distributed team.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Field Service Lightning.
- Knowledge of integration tools such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with NetSuite–Salesforce integration patterns.
