- Introduction to the Process Modeller
- Creating and executing simple business processes
- Creating and integrating business processes into the Service Request Manager
- Transferring customizations using the Customization Transfer Manager
Prior knowledge:
- Participation in training USM Admin: Customizing
- Basic knowledge of BPMN2.0
- Workflow knowledge is advantageous
