  • Creating and maintaining of own document types
  • Structuring pages
  • Understanding and governing workflows & permissions
  • Handling standard reports
  • Restoring or final deletion of documents
  • Setup of search functionality
Prior knowledge: Participation in the 'Knowledge Center - Editor' training is strongly recommended.
