You will get to know the technical administration area of the KnowledgeCenter in order to be able to provide assistance in case of technical problems.

Content/Learning Objectives:
  • Administration (e.g. creation and deletion) of users and groups
  • Administration of user roles
  • Handling of the patch manager
  • The creation of application areas
  • Handling the zip tool 
  • Starting and stopping of services
