During the introductory event on your first day at work, you will get to know your new colleagues, your personal mentor and key contacts. Receive your hardware and get started directly in the specialist area after our IT training.
Professional onboarding
During on-the-job onboarding, you will quickly get to know your tasks, processes and, above all, important contact persons and expand your USU network. Are you entering a new subject area? Then we will ensure that you receive the necessary training and certifications right from the start. Your mentor will accompany you.
Connect right from the start
We promote cooperation between USU locations right from the start. In our two-day onboarding workshop, you will make your first contacts across locations and business units and experience the special USU spirit.

In regular meetings, we shape your career together and use our development modules to help you develop efficiently. We promote your potential through tailored internal and external certifications, workshops and coaching. This includes Acting professionally in the customer world, shaping customer relationships, IT-technical and technical-methodical skills, project management, leadership skills and sales techniques.
