International Campaign Marketing Manager

With more than 600 employees across 14 international locations, we are fully digitalizing and automating our go-to-market (GTM) processes to create scalable, data-driven sales operations. To further accelerate our growth in North America and France, we are looking for a highly effective International Campaign Marketing Manager with a passion for data-driven B2B marketing and excellent campaign execution.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the operational implementation of multilingual, cross-channel full-funnel campaigns – from creation to evaluation.
  • You will work closely with our field marketing managers, the design team, and other stakeholders to design campaigns that are effective and tailored to the target audience.
  • You will develop creative, high-conversion marketing measures along the entire customer journey - whether for mailings, landing pages, social media, or digital ads.
  • You will ensure the continuous optimization of ongoing measures – e.g., through A/B testing, performance monitoring, and data-based insights.
  • You will analyze the results of your campaigns, derive clear recommendations for action, and thus actively contribute to increasing conversion and pipeline growth.

What You Bring:

  • Degree in marketing, business administration, or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in international B2B campaign or performance marketing - ideally in the SaaS or tech environment
  • Experience in implementing and optimizing paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
  • Strong technical understanding of campaign setups, tracking, and conversion optimization
  • In-depth knowledge of HubSpot (or comparable marketing automation tools)
  • Proactive, structured, and implementation-oriented approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team
  • Business fluent English and French (C2); native French speaker is a plus
