Senior Salesforce developer

Development
Your Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Configure and customise Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud to meet business requirements.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms (e.g. MuleSoft, Workato).
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows, Process Builder flows, and Flow Builder automations.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code with adequate unit test coverage (minimum 75%).
  • Support data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, and validation.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to conduct code reviews and ensure solution quality.
  • Maintain technical documentation and contribute to architectural design decisions.
 
What you bring:
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and Visualforce.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, source control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or other enterprise systems.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (or higher) required; Platform Developer II is a strong plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a distributed team.
 
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Field Service Lightning.
  • Knowledge of integration tools such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with NetSuite–Salesforce integration patterns.
