A globally operating specialist in energy generation has chosen IT management solutions from USU GmbH. The customer will implement all modules of USU’s products for Financial Management and IT Service Management as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). The decision was driven by the solution’s performance, outstanding references, and successfully conducted tests.
The increasing challenges of digital transformation and rising IT cost pressures demand efficient IT financial strategies. The new comprehensive solution is designed to ensure a transparent and standardized view of IT services and their costs—forming the foundation for centrally managing IT investments across the entire corporation. The project will commence in February 2025 with the implementation of IT Financial Management. In subsequent phases, all ITIL disciplines of IT Service Management will be gradually introduced.
