USU IT Service Management
This training course helps you to administer the USU Shop. This includes e.g. the creation of offers and the possible settings of the USU Shop.

Content/Learning Objectives: 
  • Get an overview of the shop: Learn how to navigate and use the shop as an end user.
  • Explore the admin functionality: Discover where to find everything and how to manage key functions as an administrator.
  • Easily create categories: Master the process of creating and organizing categories for your shop.
  • Create offers, including complex ones: Learn how to build both simple and complex offers to meet diverse needs.
  • Use the power of offer parameters: Use parameters to configure your offers, define dependencies, and create rules.
  • Dive into settings and integrations: Understand shop settings and their integration with USM.
