We have exciting tasks for you:

Shape and lead our product marketing strategy across markets, regions, and product lines. You’ll connect the dots between product vision and go-to-market execution, helping us drive adoption, awareness, and revenue.

Lead and grow a talented team of product marketers, based in Germany and France. You’ll create a space where people feel empowered, supported, and excited to make an impact.

Dig deep into our audiences and markets. Understand who we’re talking to, what they care about, and what’s happening in the competitive landscape. Then, turn those insights into messaging, positioning, and value propositions.

Own and drive product launches from planning to execution and build the tools and content our teams need to succeed — from messaging frameworks and sales decks to battlecards and objection-handling guides

Play a key role in post-acquisition integration, helping shape the messaging and go-to-market approach for new solutions as they become part of our portfolio.
Your qualifications:
-
Degree in marketing and / or business or a related field – or equivalent hands-on experience that shows you know how to get things done

At least 5 years of experience in international B2B product marketing, ideally in a SaaS environment. You’ve led teams, shaped strategy, and know how to bring people along through change

Strong track record in go-to-market engineering and planning, positioning, messaging, and launching software products

You are comfortable working across different markets and cultures and enjoy adapting to new perspectives.

You are hands-on, pragmatic and your decisions are based on data – you don’t just build strategies, you roll up your sleeves and make them happen applying your leadership and project management skills.

Team player who builds strong relationships and collaborates well across departments.

You communicate clearly and confidently in English and German; any other European language is a plus.

Effectively working with MS 365, project management tools and CRMs are a given, you streamline your daily work with AI tools and continuously expand AI utilization in your team
