As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in positioning, communicating, and launching our market-leading products across various industries. You will translate complex product capabilities into compelling value propositions that address real business challenges, helping organizations reduce complexity, manage risks, and successfully drive their digital transformation.

We have exciting tasks for you:
- Strategy and Planning: Develop and lead go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, features, and updates to drive engagement and adoption.
- Messaging and Positioning: Create compelling messaging that clearly communicates a product's value proposition to different target audiences
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the interface between Product, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and prepared for successful product launches.
- Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with the knowledge, tools, and materials they need to effectively communicate product benefits and value to prospects.
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Understand the competitive landscape, identify customer needs, and align product positioning with market demand.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content such as blogs, case studies, presentations, and other assets educate and attract potential buyers. Experience with AI tools and marketing automation is expected be leveraged to scale content creation and efficiency.
- Customer Voice: Represent the voice of the customer internally by gathering and sharing customer feedback to help inform product development and strategic decisions
Your qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B product marketing, ideally within a SaaS company or software vendor environment.
- Proven experience working in international markets, particularly in Europe and North America
- Strong self-motivation and ownership, with the ability to independently drive initiatives, contribute ideas, and proactively shape projects.
- Ability to work effectively across a broad product portfolio and manage multiple go-to-market initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to execution and storytelling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German; Native-level English proficiency is a plus
