We’re growing our U.S. team in Boston and looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager to help us expand into key markets.
Job Summary
The Enterprise Sales Manager is a quota-carrying, closing role responsible for identifying, developing, and closing strategic opportunities with enterprise clients. This individual will manage the full sales cycle, work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering and Marketing, and play a key role in expanding our customer base in North America.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and close.
- Develop a pipeline of enterprise accounts across various industries and geographies.
- Conduct discovery to understand client business needs and align solutions accordingly.
- Deliver product demos, value-driven presentations, and customized proposals.
- Build and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and long-term customer success.
- Accurately forecast and maintain CRM records using Salesforce.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B enterprise software or SaaS sales experience.
- Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Experience with long sales cycles and high-value contracts.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Sandler.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting to and negotiating with executive-level buyers.
- Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel (domestic and occasional international).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a high growth, global software or SaaS company.
- Background in selling into mid-market or enterprise-level organizations across a variety of industries.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
