As a member of the Management Board and CSO, Dr. Benjamin Strehl has been primarily responsible for strategy development and implementation, acquisition-driven growth and the innovative focus of USU Software AG since 2014. After studying business administration with a focus on business informatics and international management in Wiesbaden, Los Angeles and Singapore, he began his career working first at IBM and then at Roland Berger as a strategy and technology consultant. In numerous projects, he advised international corporations, particularly on the topics of IT strategy, innovation and change management. After joining USU, he took over as Head of Strategy & Corporate Development in 2010. In 2012, he successfully completed his doctorate on the topic of "Innovation Management in the Service Center" at the Institute of Computer Science at the University of Leipzig. Benjamin Strehl has 15 years of experience in leading positions in the international IT industry, has been a member of the Supervisory Board at Marc O'Polo AG since 2018 and is the author of numerous professional articles.
