The Challenge

SaaS costs were rising fast—and like many European enterprises, CEWE Group needed to regain control. The company was tracking over one hundred known applications and spending more than €6 million annually, with little visibility into what was really being used. Managing licenses through Excel was inefficient and made it nearly impossible to identify unused apps or optimize spend.
